Shannon’s life outside the clinic reflects her belief in pushing boundaries and embracing challenge. She has cycled solo across Canada, ridden from Canada to Mexico, and once completed a 14-kilometre walk barefoot on Lego — a testament to her grit, humour, and mental endurance.

Julie is a Registered Massage Therapist and a member of CMMOTA, proudly serving clients since graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Lethbridge College in 2013.
With a passion for therapeutic care, Julie specializes in treating migraines, neck pain, and jaw tension- areas where she finds it especially rewarding to help clients experience meaningful relief. Her approach combines skilled techniques with a deep understanding of how chronic tension impacts daily life.
Julie brings additional training in therapeutic techniques, cupping therapy, jaw, and treatments for low back, legs, and feet. She enjoys supporting clients through prenatal care and motor vehicle recovery.
Outside the treatment room, Julie is an early rider who starts her day with yoga and ends it with the comforting scent of something baking in the oven, often sourdough, her specialty. Her and her husband are proud parents of two and share their lives with a gentle (and very fluffy) Great Pyrenees.
